The cuddly soft baby is the perfect size baby for a toddler. Lovingly hand made by Kathe Kruse in the Waldorf tradition. Her cotton stockinet body is stuffed with wool and even has a little belly button! Her hair is made of mohair wool, while her face is painted. If necessary, she can be hand washed in cold water.  Her clothes are removable.

Established in 1905, Kathe Kruse is one of the oldest, most venerated toy companies in existence today. Named after its founder, Kathe Kruse was begun by a mother of five in Germany, who wished to create toys for her own children that were warm and inviting. The first toy made by Kathe Kruse was a simple towel doll, filled with sand and topped with a potato to serve as a head. Though Kathe Kruse has moved beyond sand and potatoes, the same spirit of simple design and made-with-love craftsmanship continues to this day.

Fabrics used are produced to comply with the European cloth standard Oko Tex 100, which ensures that the material is free from any chemicals or dyes that may irritate skin. All toys are tested by independent institutions and comply with both European and American safety standards.
