Payment Methods

Thank you for choosing to shop with Honeybee Toys. All our toys are available for purchase online using Pay Pal , Mastercard and VISA.


Honeybee Toys sends toys Australia wide. 

  • $9.50 flat rate postage
  • FREE postage on orders over $180
    Heavy or bulky items may incur additional charges.  You will be contacted to confirm delivery costs prior to your items being sent.


We use Star Track couriers for delivering toys. Large parcels need a physical address, we do not ship large parcels to PO Boxes. Honeybee Toys delivery will generally take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you depending on your area. You will be sent a shipping notification email with your individual tracking code and the name of the courier. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery with the tracking code in your shipping notification email.

Please be aware that you will need to be home to receive the goods. This is the safest method for you and your family to ensure goods are not lost in transit. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to arrange collection at your post. Unfortunately, Couriers and Australia Post will not supply day or time of delivery details. If you do not pick up your goods in time, they will be returned to us and we cannot be liable for return postage to you. We are unable to leave deliveries at your front door or property for security reasons.

Please understand that despite our best efforts delays can happen in the postal or courier system. In this case we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation and arrange for you to get your shipment as quickly as possible.


Our online store tracks our stock levels, all items listed as in stock are ready to leave our warehouse, As we have a physical store front and a online store on a very rare occasion sales may cross over. Should this happen, we will be in contact and notify you of this and you will have the option of either a refund, exchange or your items can be ordered and sent to you as soon as it comes back in stock.


As a business that promotes environmentally-friendly products we also understand the importance of using recycled shipping boxes where possible. When your package arrives it is very likely it will be packaged in a recycled cardboard box from our warehouse. We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged safely, securely and with as much recycled material as possible.


Customers who have purchased from Honeybee Toys online toyshop can return purchases for a replacement item if the item purchased is faulty. The toys ordered must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. All returns must have a Return Authorisation Number. Please email or phone us to obtain this number: • Email: info@honeybeetoys.com.au • Phone: 61 3 9500 8632 Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Refunds will only be processed when the goods are checked and found to be in new condition. Please ensure items are carefully packed for shipment. Please note we do not exchange products for a change of mind, so please choose your products carefully.

Return postage (other than faulty goods) is at the customers expense. As well as being responsible for paying Return postage, you will also be charged for the FULL cost of your original postage. The true cost of postage in most cases is higher than the discounted $9.50 flat rate (or free postage for orders over $180). We also charge a $10 handling fee on returned items. For example: you buy a product to the value of $50 and pay $9.50 postage - Total cost $59.95. The actual postage charge for example may be $15. You return the item at your expense. Your refund will be $59.95 less $15 postage less $10 handling fee total refund $$34.95.

Honeybee Toys is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post. Refunds are not provided on goods returned soiled, with damaged packaging, not in original packaging or broken in return mail.


It is the customers responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit. Any breakages must be reported immediately - the same or next working day after arrival. If an item arrives broken, the item will need to be returned to Honeybee Toys and the (same) replacement item will be forwarded to you. 

Please note Honeybee Toys is not responsible for any breakages that occur once the toy has been played with. Manufacturing faults will be referred to the manufacturer and returns on this basis are at the manufacturer’s advisal only.

Purchasing toys overseas for Australian delivery

If you are living overseas but wish to send a gift to a child in Australia, we are happy to assist. With our online toyshop you will save time and money on expensive overseas postage. We have an enormous range of toys to choose from with well over 2,500 items online, so you will have no trouble finding a unique gift for a birthday or Christmas present, new baby or Christening gift.

International Delivery

We have many enquires from New Zealand and overseas seeking our wooden toys and other products. If you are wanting to make an international order please contact us. At present we do not accept international orders online, however, we can still arrange for international orders to be processed by email, fax or phone. For our international rates please contact us via email or fax us with the items you wish to purchase including your full shipping address and country. We will then arrange a quotation for you.
