Postage Costs

Honeybee Toys sends toys Australia and New Zealand wide.  There are some exceptions that we cannot send to NZ including Grapat and Magic Wood.


Shipping & Delivery Times

Honeybee Toys use Star Track Couriers and/or Couriers Please as the fastest way to get your toy deliveries to you.

We do not ship PO Boxes.

Honeybee Toys aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day after payment of your order is confirmed, however please leave up to 3 days for dispatch especially during busy periods such as restocks and pre-Christmas.  Delivery will generally take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you depending on your area.


Express Shipping

We do not charge extra rates for Express Shipping. Where your parcel can be packed in a carton or satchel 5kg or under we will send automatically via the Premium Star Track Service.


Tracking your Delivery

You will be sent a shipping notification email from Star Track or Couriers Please with your individual tracking code. You can then track the progress of your parcel delivery on their website.

Please be aware that you will need to be home to receive the goods. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to liaise with the Courier company to arrange a redelivery. Unfortunately our Couriers cannot supply day or time of delivery.

In the case where you have been left a card and do not arrange pick up of your goods or have them redelivered in time, they will be returned to us and we cannot be liable for return postage to you.  Additional postage costs at the “actual” cost will need to be charged to resend your goods to you.  In the case you do not wish to have your goods resent, the original “actual” cost of postage will be deducted from any refund of goods, along with an additional handling fee of $20 at our discretion.

Please understand that despite our best efforts delays can happen in the courier system that are beyond our control.


Authority to Leave

You may select an Authority to Leave in Checkout.  If you select this option during Checkout, you hereby authuorise the courier to deliver your package to your shipping address without your signature being obtained, and you acknowledge and agree that confirmation of delivery by the courier driver is satisfactory proof of delivery. Honeybee Toys cannot not replace or refund items which you do not receive if you have selected the Authority to Leave option.


Combining Orders

As of 21st August 2020 – in order to offer “all” customers efficient service we can no longer combine orders and refund postage costs.
Unfortunately due to the high number of orders coming through requesting to be combined, this service is no longer possible.
Please take your time in placing your orders if you wish to save on postage and only pay “one” postage cost. Please be aware that if you prefer to make multiple orders quickly to secure stock then the postage costs will be as charged per order.
We understand that when we are undergoing a stocktake that items may appear over time during the course of the day, but we must leave it to your personal choice if you wish to make multiple orders as items come in to stock.
This also aligns with our philosophy that stock appearing silently allows a range of people a chance of purchasing an item during a time when products are hard to find. This system allows a greater number of people a chance of securing an item.
It may occur that our warehouse staff do pack your orders together. In that case they will combine orders for the sake of efficiency, for your own protection as tracking and shipping will be more efficient, and our environmental footprint. In that case we apologise but a refund of postage is still not possible – due to the extra work in combining your orders and the amount of Administration time required, extra credit card fees incurred etc.
Please understand that placing orders one by one, rather than one order for multiple items takes MUCH more work and resources. We want to explain and advise upfront. If you make multiple orders your extra postage costs cannot be refunded due to the additional expenses we incur in processing
If you wish to order this way to secure stock in a hurry you may wish to think of it as a fee for securing sought after items outside of our normal process.
An exception to this advice is if you are using a combined order code as part of an advertised restock event.  In that case please follow the T&C of the code guidelines carefully.  Failure to use the code correctly will result in cancellation of your order OR non-refund of postage costs.

International Orders

Honeybee Toys welcomes international orders for friends and family living overseas to send gifts to children living in Australia.

We are sorry but at this point in time we do not ship outside of our territory (Australia or New Zealand).

If you order for delivery to an International Shipping address we will deduct a handling fee to refund your funds to you.
